Booking Your Visit

Stonehenge Aotearoa is a non-profitmaking facility set in a tranquil setting on private property.

To visit Stonehenge Aotearoa we recomend that you book into one of our guided tours (see Taking a tour of Stonehenge).

GUIDED TOURS
Weekends and Holidays (See Opening Hours for session times).

Entrance fee: $15 adults, $12 senior citizens (65+), $10 students (13-17yrs), $6 children (pre-teens). Please book beforehand to ensure your place, tour numbers are limited. Allow at least an hour for your tour and please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session begins.

TREK AROUND THE STONES

During opening hours, when a guided tour (public or private) is not in session you may take yourself around the Henge on a self-guided tour. We provide a map and information sheet and the fee is Adults $5, Children (pre-teens) $2. You cannot book for a 'Trek' because their availability is subject to other functions that may be taking place.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Throughout the year special programs are arranged particularly around the times of ancient festivals. See "Special Events".

GROUPS and PRIVATE TOURS
A private or group tour can be arranged on any date and at a time by appointment. Allow at least 90 minutes for your tour and please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins.

Private Tour held during normal open hours (Wednesday to Sunday starting 10am - 3pm): $15 per adult, $12 per senior citizen (65+), $10 per student (13-17yrs), $6 per child (pre-teens), with a minimum charge of $90.

Tours held outside of normal open hours: $15 per adult, $12 per senior citizen (65+), $10 students (13-17yrs), $6 per child (pre-teens), with a minimum charge of $200.
